Hand Me Downs

Hand Me Downs is the fourth H. Hand me downs include clothing underwear, pants, shirt, sweaters, jackets, shoes, etc. At it most basic core we must help people find and maintain appropriate coverings then later get them dressy clothes to enter and stay in the workplace. If people do not have clothes to stay warm or go into the workplace we can not begin more advanced techniques.
